Preorders & On-Demand Production
All products sold on this store are pre-designed and produced on-demand. We do not hold stock — each item is made specifically after an order is placed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production may begin immediately.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods.
However, by placing an order with us, you:
- Agree that production may begin immediately, and
- Acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once production has started
If your order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Not as described
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available
We will cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Sizing & Fit
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- All products include detailed size guides
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing before purchasing
By placing an order, you accept that sizing issues are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns (If Approved)
If a return is authorised:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days after approval for the refund to appear
