2. Products & Orders

All products sold are pre-designed and produced on-demand. We do not hold stock — items are manufactured only after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities per person, household, or order
  • Change or discontinue products at any time without notice

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time.

3. Preorders & Production

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Your item will be produced after purchase
  • Production may begin immediately

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, by placing an order, you:

  • Request that we begin production immediately
  • Acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once production begins

If production has not started, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors

Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Production times
  • Courier delays
  • External factors beyond our control

We are not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
