Order Processing & Production

All items are pre-designed and produced on-demand. This means:

  • We do not hold stock
  • Each item is made after your order is placed

Due to this, all orders require time for production and fulfilment before shipping.


Shipping Timeframes

Please allow 10–20 working days for your order to be delivered.

This timeframe includes:

  • Production time
  • Order processing
  • Shipping and delivery

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand (e.g. product drops)
  • Production delays
  • Courier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided where available.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 14 days after the 20 working day period

We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution where appropriate.
